HX577A SEALANT is a jointing compound designed especially for use with hot and cold potable water.  It is a CNAL - Approved Product.  HX577A SEALANT is manufactured from a unique acrylic compound to ensure it does not support microbiological growth.  HX577A SEALANT complies with MIL-R-4608.
